Enjoy a 7-hour boat tour along the Adriatic coast.

Departing from Castro Marina port, we will sail along the stunning Adriatic coastline, visiting the main sea caves by boat: Palombara, Azzurra, and Zinzulusa. We will pass by the Romanelli Cave and the “Witches’ Caves,” then continue to Porto Miggiano Bay and its historic tower, where we’ll stop for an unforgettable swim.

Next, we’ll sail past the elegant Santa Cesarea Terme and its Sulfurea and Fetida caves. Weather permitting, we will reach Torre Minervino, Porto Badisco, and the Punta Palacia lighthouse, or alternatively Cala dell’Acquaviva.

Onboard, you can enjoy a delightful snack featuring black mussels, cold dishes, friselle with tomatoes, preserved vegetables, seasonal fruit, and beverages.

There will be two swimming stops during the tour before returning to the departure port.

This afternoon, we’ll explore Puglia’s liquid gold: its exquisite olive oil.

We’ll transfer to Ostuni, a chic town perched on three hills, known for its stunning cathedral and sparkling white buildings. Our guide will lead you through this enchanting town, surrounded by lush olive groves, where you can purchase renowned DOC 'Collina di Brindisi' olive oil directly from local producers.

Next, we’ll visit an olive grove at our Masseria, where you’ll indulge in an olive oil tasting followed by a delightful Dinner

Afterward, we’ll head back to the hotel.

9am departure for Polignano a Mare where you will have 1 hour free time.

Dip into this spectacularly positioned small town. The town is built on the edge of a craggy ravine pockmarked with caves. It is thought to be one of the most important ancient settlements in Puglia and was later inhabited by successive invaders ranging from the Huns to the Normans

After the walk in Polignano, we’ll head to a renowned winery.

Stroll through the vineyards as you discover the estate and its history, culminating in a tasting of their wines paired with typical Puglian products.

Depart for Matera with a gourmet stop in Altamura.
Visit a dairy farm to taste local cheeses and watch cheese-making in action. Explore Altamura’s historic bakery ( where you will meet 2 great women that continue the traditions from years ) and the monastery, sampling traditional sweets paired with local liqueur.
Enjoy a peaceful lunch surrounded by nature in Alta Murgia Park before continuing to Matera.

Matera, known as the jewel of Basilicata and one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited settlements, with roots dating back 7,000 years.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and prepare for an exciting afternoon.
Before sunset , hop aboard a charming Ape Calessino for a whimsical tour through Matera’s stunning streets. This retro three-wheeled vehicle is perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Feel the wind in your hair as you navigate narrow alleys and uncover hidden gems. Dinner is on your own, and you’ll spend the night in Matera. Breakfast and lunch is included.
